In 2008 HCCA carried out extensive detailed community consultation, asking local people to identify traffic danger areas and their ideas for improvements to our environment and to make our streets safer.

We collated and analysed the data and local residents, Richard Walker & Paul Walker-Jones, produced a community traffic strategy which was adopted by Bristol City Council in their Central Area Plan
