Western Harbour Community Discussion

Join the discussion on the Western Harbour Draft Masterplan.

Western Harbour will affect everyone living and working in the neighbourhoods of Hotwells and Cliftonwood: changing road layouts, increasing housing, offering opportunities for new services and amenities. As the communities on the doorstep it is important that we all question, comment and engage: ensuring our voices are heard.

At this Community Discussion, there will be an opportunity to view the exhibition of the draft masterplan. Emily Price, Bristol City Council Regeneration Manager, and Hotwells & Harbourside Councillor, Patrick McAllister will be part of the discussion to answer people’s questions.

The discussion will be facilitated by HCCA Chair Rachel McNally and will be documented.

It will then help shape HCCA’s formal response to the draft masterplan.

If you are unable to attend the meeting or would like to send questions/comments in advance, please do so by 5pm on Sunday 2 March to [email protected]

Create Centre is in walking and cycling distance of locations in Hotwells and Cliftonwood. If you need to drive, there is a car park and you will need to get a permit at reception. Blue Badge Holders do not need to get a permit, but please ensure your Blue Badge is on display.

As Create Centre is an old warehouse, it can be a bit cool in the evenings, so we recommend wrapping up warm.

You can also view the draft masterplan as well as video on the Harbour Hopes website here
