Welcome to Cliftonwood’s must-see late summer family event.  

Every year we screen a film in the Argyle Place Park, in the open air under the stars.  

This year our film is Singin’ in the Rain on Saturday 9th September at 8pm. 

Food, drink and toilets are available at The Lion pub next door.

The gates open at 7pm so come early to pick your spot.  Most people bring rugs to sit on the grass, but we also provide 40 chair s first come first served

Wrap up warm because it does get chilly later!

There is no interval and so the film should finish by 10pm at the latest.

This year our film is Singin’ in the Rain chosen by community vote.

We’ve run this event every year since 2005 and it’s become very popular with local families.  It started as a fund raiser for new playground kit and we enjoyed it so much that we carry on, raising funds for the Hotwells & Cliftonwood Community Association.
